Our client, SnowSportCenter Utrecht, is Europe’s largest indoor ski center, renowned for its diverse and complex training facilities. The center operates a unique array of resources, including five large treadmill slopes, a specialised Alpine disc slope, and various beginner hills. Serving a community of over 100,000 users, a core part of their business involves meticulously tracking each skier’s development through distinct skill levels, a challenge that demanded a tailored management solution.

Before SkiPlanner, the center’s operations were inefficient and led to errors. They relied on a mix of manual tasks and separate computer systems that couldn’t share information, which led to several key challenges: Booking Inefficiencies: The booking process was inconvenient for customers and prone to errors, often leading to double-booked slots and on-site confusion. Bugloos developed SkiPlanner, a custom web application designed to be a single, centralised platform for all of the center’s operations. The solution was built to automate workflows. A Comprehensive CRM: Consolidates all customer information, including lessons, invoices, and communications, into a single, easily accessible profile.
